Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dedicated team in Solana Beach, California. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure an exceptional service experience, responding to inquiries, and maintaining customer records. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through calls and emails.
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining and updating customer records accurately.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapting to different customer situations and finding appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve the overall customer service process.
• Maintaining a professional, patient, and polite attitude when interacting with customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally within manufacturing
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Required Work Hours

The position requires working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, onsite in Solana Beach.

Pay

The pay range is $22 to $26 per hour.
